"What did Codie do? Basically everything. We found a property we really liked said This is the one we want to buy. We also said we wanted to sell simultaneously so that we didn't freeze to death under the burden of two mortgages in Alaska at -40. Instead of moving early in the summer, we decided it would be awesome to move right before winter, because that isn't stressful. Despite my great planning, she orchestrated the simultaneous buy and sell, where we built in some extra time in buying so that we could sell as a separate transaction, with the hope we could potentially get an interested buyer while buying. Every single outside entity made it difficult, but Codie bulldozed through it and made it pretty easy for us to get repairs accomplished, addenda signed, and negotiations completed, with deals that greatly benefited us in the end. She got us a good buyer within 10 days, and we were closed on both transactions within a week and some change of each other. We were moved into our new home before the snow fell. Ok, maybe some sleet. But we can forgive that. That's not an easy thing to pull off when your client (me) didn't think about the timing correctly. She was available day or night with any questions or concerns, and she immediately addressed our problems. So if you want to buy or sell a house, or both, or suffer from poor planning like me, this is the realtor you want."
